Beautiful vintage hanging /ceiling lamp Space Age design.
The lamp is made by Massive, Belgium brand and is from the 60s and 70s.
The brown base is made from metal and the cream-white cap is made from plastic.
Inside is a circular fluorescent tube.
In the ceiling rose there is so-called pulling pendulum or Rolly system therefor you can easily adjust the height of the lamp by pulling or pushing it up.
